Turning messy training problems into engaging learning experiences that help people and businesses grow.

About Me

I'm an instructional designer focused on creating engaging, effective learning experiences. I’m drawn to messy learning problems: the process everyone explains differently, the training that has grown outdated, the important knowledge living in one person’s head, or the program that needs structure before it can scale.

Designed and developed a required global eLearning experience that translated complex IT control and audit requirements into practical, role-based guidance for approximately 300 employees. Partnered with an IT SME to simplify technical content, design scenarios and interactions, and develop the original course in Articulate Storyline. The course became part of annual training and helped employees better understand their responsibilities and use audit-preparation resources more effectively.

I created and managed a custom consultative sales program that reached approximately 800 participants across 17 business units. Through needs analysis, vendor partnership, instructional design, and a train-the-trainer model supporting 46 internal trainers, I helped underwriters build stronger broker relationships. Ongoing evaluation shaped improvements to trainer support, learning resources, and leadership development.
